CORE CARE SESSIONS
If you are at a point in your life where you are realizing that it is important to take care of yourself, and you are ready to undertake an inner journey, Core Care Sessions can offer support in a holistic, gentle yet powerful way.
The Core Care Sessions offer a fusion of the various wisdom practices as described, including the option of an acupuncture treatment, to balance and enhance your current energy condition. The aim of the sessions is to (re)connect to the core of your being, your heart, and to become aware of and communicate with the various levels of your being – understanding and experiencing that they are interconnected. This requires patience, care and the willingness to work with yourself, and with what will unfold during this journey, in a respectful way. The more you enjoy your own presence, the more you will enjoy your life, and the world around you.
The way the sessions are structured can vary according to what you need in the moment, but in general they consist of speaking and listening from the heart; working with your body and sensing your energy through breathing, posture and exercise; attending to and understanding the energy of emotions; cultivating gratitude and an open, curious mind; acupuncture treatment to balance your energy system and to stimulate your self-healing properties.
A Core Care Session needs what is less available these days, which is Time. The minimum duration of a session is 1,5 hours, but can extend to 2 hours if this is what your process requires. Your daily life will provide enough opportunities to apply your gained insights and experiences, and it will also give you feedback. In this way the connection to your inner world, your essence, is expressed through your life and reflected in the world around you.
