Cancellation policy:
We understand that life happens and that there may be times when you need to cancel your appointment or attendance. Please ensure that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment as cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours, half of the amount will be refunded to you. Any cancellations that happen before this will be fully refunded.
